OEM and Private Label Flooring
Every flooring product we supply can be made to OEM, in your colour and under your brand: SPC, WPC, IronLite Core, LVT, laminate and wood. Any colour is possible, because we source the decor papers. Your name goes on the box, and our factories make the floor behind it.
What OEM and private label mean at Sovern Group
OEM means the floor is made to your specification and carries your brand. We are a factory-direct group, so the decisions that shape the product are made at the line: your decors, your wear layer and thickness, your click system and your packaging. You choose the floor; we make it.
Colour is the first thing buyers ask about. For laminate and resilient flooring, any colour can be made, because we source the decor papers. Wood flooring is made in the colour and finish you ask for. The decors shown in our catalogues are references, not limits.
What goes on the box is yours too: boxes, labels and inserts printed in your brand, with the test reports for the specification you actually ship. Samples of any decor or board can be arranged, and a costed specification comes before you commit to the first run. Production takes 15 to 30 days from the day you approve the sample, depending on the specification.
IronLite Core, our SPC, WPC and SPC sandwich, can be carried two ways: with the IronLite Core badge in the corner of your packaging, or renamed under your own brand, so that the IronLite Core name does not appear on your customer-facing materials. Beyond the line, we help with which origin suits your market, and a range can be built across categories, so one supplier, one set of documents and one container can carry more than one product.
The same approach reaches the rest of the group: laminate, engineered wood, WPC decking and wall panels.

Which flooring products can be made OEM?
Every one. SPC, WPC, IronLite Core, LVT, laminate and wood flooring can all be made in your colour and under your brand.
Can I choose any colour for my private label floor?
Yes. For laminate and resilient flooring we source the decor papers, so any colour can be made. Wood flooring is made in the colour and finish you ask for.
What is printed in my brand?
Boxes, labels and inserts can be printed in your brand, and your packaging and click system are yours to specify. The test reports supplied are for the specification you actually ship.
How long does OEM production take?
15 to 30 days from the day you approve the sample, depending on the specification.
Can I carry IronLite Core under my own name?
Yes, two ways: use the IronLite Core badge on your packaging, or rename the core under your own brand. The name is not trademarked.
Do you make wall panels and decking under my label too?
Yes. The rest of a range can come from the same group: laminate, engineered wood, WPC decking and wall panels, so one supplier and one container can carry more than one product.
